摘    要:当前国内钢铁业内部的信息化工程整体上还是单独运行,尚未形成一个整体闭环以达到循环再利用效果,节能减排工程的信息化工程建设水平有待提高。另外钢铁生产工艺流程长,需要针对其工艺流程从大系统角度全面考虑,才能构建钢铁生产流程节能减排监控一体化系统,实现钢铁的绿色制造。为了探索生产工艺节能和减排工作的有机结合,某钢厂建设了节能减排监控系统,该系统在采集主要污染物排放数据以及主要用能单元的工艺、能耗等数据基础上,通过对监测数据分析和建模,指导调整生产工艺,实现了系统的节能和减排。本文介绍系统的架构及特点,并给出典型生产流程案例,说明采用该系统后在节能减排方面带来的效果。
