| 摘 要： | 针对热风炉运行过程中炉内存在大量未利用的残热问题，从残热角度建立了基于热平衡的热风炉残热推断模型，并根据首钢迁安钢铁有限责任公司2号高炉热风炉的实际情况对模型进行了验证。研究结果表明，利用该模型能够计算可供下一周期使用的炉内残热相对值，优化下一周期热风炉收入热量，维持热量收支平衡，有效利用残热，从而达到提高热风炉使用效率、延长热风炉使用寿命的目的。
