棒材轧后控冷温度预测模型的研究及应用

摘    要:针对莱芜钢铁股份有限公司棒材厂棒材轧后控冷控制过程中存在的控制精度差、动态跟随不易控制等问题进行分析并提出解决方法,从理论上详细介绍了棒材轧后控冷过程中开冷温度预报模型的建立及其自学习。通过预报结果和实际应用效果的对比,证明数学模型是有效的,能够比较精确地实现钢材自回火温度控制,可以满足对棒材轧后控冷生产工艺的要求。
