连铸过程控制系统的三层架构设计

摘    要:软件架构设计是软件开发的基础,其设计的好坏是项目能否成功的关键因素之一。笔者结合冶金工厂连铸过程控制系统(PCS)中的实际情况,基于降低系统耦合性、提高开发效率、增强系统可维护性的目的,在连铸PCS中采用了三层架构设计。本文对连铸PCS的需求进行了全面的分析,阐述了连铸PCS三层架构设计的设计流程和特点,并给出了设计方案。该PCS于2011年3月在秦皇岛首秦金属材料有限公司2号连铸机项目中投人使用,满足了用户要求。
