摘    要:通过建立不锈钢带卧式连续退火炉加热段的三维仿真模型,利用计算流体力学(CFD)数值模拟技术得到炉内加热段的温度场和流场,并与现场实测数据进行了对比验证,结果表明,本文所建立的数学模型能够准确预测炉温分布规律。在此基础上,重点分析了带钢表面对流换热系数和等效辐射换热系数的分布和变化规律。所做工作对研究和开发不锈钢带卧式连续退火炉数学模型及其优化控制策略具有重要的指导意义。
