| 摘 要： | 基于西宁特殊钢股份有限公司70t转炉炼钢实际生产数据建立转炉炼钢成本控制模型。实时动态采集转炉冶炼过程中的各项冶炼数据，实现全程冶炼监控和完整数据存储。模型以成本消耗为关键因素，精确计算冶炼各项成本的消耗。采用当前炉次与历史最佳冶炼炉次数据以及与当前理论计算模型数据进行比较的方法，提高炉前操作人员的成本控制意识，降低冶炼成本。 |
