摘    要:对动态变规格的控制与计算方法进行了比较与分析,并对动态变规格逆流调节的非线性全量法进行了深入分析与推导,得到了动态变规格各个时刻对应的辊缝和辊速。经过某冷轧厂1450酸轧机组的实践表明轧辊辊缝和辊速的动态设定能使动态变规格时的轧制过程稳定,且能够保证带钢超差长度达到设计要求。

Abstract:The controlled and calculated method of FGC are compared and analyzed.Full analysis and deduction of the non-linear complete algorithm of reversed direction control for FGC are conducted.Thereby the gap and speed of the rolling process are obtained.The actual application in 1 450 mm PL-TCM proved that the dynamic set of gap and speed of the rolling process could make the rolling process stable,and assure the oversize length of strip to meet the design requirements.
