我国油气进口新格局

我国油气资源的对外依存度逐年提高,2009年已达51%。"十一五"以来,我国规划布局并开工建设的中国哈原油管道、中国俄原油管道、中国—中亚天然气管道、中缅油气管道已在我国西北、东北以及西南陆上海上构筑起了四条进口大通道,形成了新的油气进口新格局。本文在较为详细论述这一格局的基础上,还对继续推进和建设油气进口格局提出了新的建议和意见,有一定的现实意义。

The new pattern of petroleum import in China
