北京旧城中心区地下空间开发策略思考

地下空间作为潜在而丰富的资源成为城市发展的必然选择.针对北京面临的土地资源、生存环境等一系列难以解决的问题与现状,着重从保护与发展的角度探讨北京旧城历史文化保护区的地下空间开发利用,文章在研究了北京地下空间开发利用的特殊性、原则及措施后;并通过对北京四合院地下空间利用、地下共同沟、地下车库等地下空间利用的具体设想,探讨了北京旧城地下空间的开发策略,以期在地下空间开发的契机下寻求古城保护的更好出路.

Development Policy of Underground Space in Center District of Beijing Old City

The underground space becomes the inevitable choice of city development as potential and abundant resources.Aiming at a series of problems and current situations difficult to solve such as land resource,living environment in Beijing,this paper discussed the development and utilization of underground space in the Conservation Historic Areas of old city of Beijing in term of protection and development.To investigate the particularity,principle and measure for utilization the underground space of Beijing,through utilizing the underground space of Chinese courtyard house of Beijing;Concrete imagination for such underground space used as Party Canal,underground parking,etc.the Beijing old city underground space development policy is tudied.to seek a kind of outlet that ancient city can be protect under the opportunity of underground space development.
