摘 要: | 受实验条件限制,单纯通过实验研究旋流器的性能周期长,且费用较高。为此,采用雷诺应力模型CFD数值模拟方法,对油水旋流分离器内的油水两相流流场进行了试验研究。研究表明,采出液在进口处的相互流动干扰对油水分离效果有重要影响,据此提出一种新型结构——带有空间阿基米德螺旋线进口流道和导流螺旋的油水旋流分离器。进一步的优化设计和性能试验表明,空间阿基米德螺旋线进口流道和导流螺旋实现了平滑过渡,从而得到较稳定的流场和较高的分离效率。

Abstract: | Based on the Reynolds stress model CFD numerical simulation method, the experimental study is conducted on the oil-water two-phase flow field in oil-water cyclone separators. Research shows that the produced liquid at the entrance interferes with each other, which exerts great effect on oil-water separation. According to this, a new structure-the oil-water cyclone separator with the spatial Archimedes spiral cord imported flow channel and conduction current spiral- is proposed. Further optimal design and performance test show that smooth transition between Archimedes spiral and cyclone chamber is realized, and therefore more stable flow field and higher separating efficiency are fulfilled. |
