| 摘 要： | 积极借鉴新兴工业化国家弘扬时代精神的经验，对于把握时代精神，具有重要的启发性意义。在分析时代精神特征和新兴工业化国家弘扬时代精神经验的基础上，文章提出，当前我国弘扬时代精神，需要以政府改革为基点，把握弘扬时代精神的关键性；以道德建设为契机，增强弘扬时代精神的实效性；以中华传统文化为基础，提高弘扬时代精神的民族性。

| Abstract: | To borrow ideas from the experience on the carrying-forward of time spirit of the NICs is of great illuminate importance to comprehend the time spirit.Based on the analysis of the time spirit's traits and the experience on the carrying-forward of time spirit of the NICs,the paper suggests that China's carrying-forward of time spirit should,based on the changes in the government,comprehend the cruciality;taking the morality construction as catalyst,enlarge the practical effect;footing on Chinese traditional culture,improve the nationality of the carrying-forward of time spirit. |
