摘    要:研究了密间隔电位法(CIPS)和直流电位梯度法(DCvG)联合应用的管道外防护层检测技术,采用与馈电相结合的方法巧妙地解决了CIPS和DCVG无法在无阴极保护管线上使用的问题.该项技术可用于检测管道的阴极保护电位、评价阴极保护效果、了解管道的防护层状况以及进行防护层缺陷检测.

Abstract:The testing technology for the external protecting coating of pipelines using combined CIPS/DCVG techniques is studied. The application of this technology together with feeding method has successfully solved the problem that the CIPS and DCVG do not work on the pipeline without cathodic protection. This technology can be used for testing the electric potential of pipeline cathodic protection, evaluating cathodic protection performance, knowing the status of the protection coating and testing its deficiencies.
