沉淀硬化模具钢的研制及其发展

摘    要:本文介绍了由上海材料研究所研制的10Ni3MnCuAl新型塑料模具钢的设计思想、力学性能和工艺性能。工由透射性电镜的显微组织,分析了该钢获得良好综合性能的原因。该钢由于合金元素含量较少、成本低廉、并且人有优良的镜面性能和加工性能,能够满足塑料模具用钢要求崮人有良好的发展前景。

Abstract:The design idea,mechanical properties and operational characteristics of a new-type plastics die steel 10Ni3MnCuAl developed by Shanghai Research Institute of Material are dwelled upon in this paper.In the meanwhile, the reason why the steel will obtain excellent comprehensive property is analyzed according to microstructure observed by means of TEM. The mentioned steel will obtain promising prospect owing to its smaller alloying element content, cheap cost, excellent mirror-smooth characteristic and workability and the satisfaction with application demand of plastics die.
