| 摘 要： | 本文在蒸发器设计原理的基础上,结合Matlab仿真软件对空冷式蒸发器进行设计研究。文章选用计算模型为稳态分布参数模型,根据目前最为常用而且相关技术参数较成熟的四种肋片管,通过对每一种肋片管肋片形式的蒸发器管内制冷剂的不同状态分别做分析,以此达到较好的仿真效果。文章针对管壁肋片的不同形式,综合分析各种肋片管在不同空气流速、不同肋间距下换热情况,以及不同制冷剂流量对换热情况的影响。在仿真结果上对比实际冷凝器的换热情况,比较仿真的结果,提出了一系列设计意见。
