蚕丝纤维理化性质在生物活性纤维制备中的应用

摘    要:制备具有广泛适应性的生物活性纤维是生物材料增强的关键环节,通过选用羟基磷灰石(HA)做原料,建立一种能使HA粉粒匀质分散的溶胶一凝胶体系,使溶胶中的HA粉粒规律性地附着于丝纤维表面,在丝纤维的引导下,通过合理的烧结工艺制备出具有良好生物活性、生物相容性的陶瓷短纤维,通过样品的光学显微镜(OM)、扫描电镜(SEM)、X射线衍射图谱分析(XRD)检测,验证了该制备方法的可行性和正确性。

Abstract:Preparation of bioactive fiber provided with broad adaptability for reinforcing biomaterial is a main process in tissueengineering. In the paper, Hydroxyapatite(HA) is selected as raw material by using sol-gel system with function of dispersing HApowders equably into slurry. Making use of physical chemistry properties of the system, HA powder can be orderly adhered on silksurface treated by a series of methods. With the leading of silk, ceramic fiber with bioactivity and biocompatibility is prepared viareasonable sintering process. The feasibility and correctness of the technique are tested by optics microscopy (OM), scanningelectron microscopy (SEM) and X-Ray diffraction (XRD).
