摘    要:分析了炼油厂加工高硫原油后,柴油、蜡油和渣油加工面临的问题,提出了有关对策。对于柴油馏分,建议将原有的压力等级不高的二次加工油的加氢精制装置改造为处理直馏柴油,并新建压力等级为8.0MPa的二次加工柴油馏分的加氢精制装置,并建设柴油加氢改质装置。对于蜡油馏分,已有加氢裂化装置的炼油厂应提高溶剂脱硫能力,加氢能力不足的可建设中压加氢裂化装置。

Abstract:Problems in processing sour crude were analyzed and countermeasures proposed.For light gas oil,the original secondary processing oil hydrofining unit with lower pressure grade should be revamped to process straight run diesel oil,while the secondary processing diesel hydrofining unit with the pressure grade of 8.0MPa and hydroupgrading unit should be established.For heavy gas oil,the refinery which has hydrocracking unit should enhance the ability of solvent desulfurizing,while that ones with insufficient hydrotreating capacity can build middle pressure hydrocracking unit.
