摘    要:对唐钢FTSC工艺薄板坯的组织结构、化学成分偏析、枝晶间距、夹杂物以及热轧板带的力学性能进行了研究,结果表明:薄板坯凝固组织细密,一次枝晶和二次枝晶间距小;动态轻压下技术的应用明显减轻薄板坯的中心偏析和疏松,轧制后的板带质量满足要求.

Abstract:The solidification structure, chemical composition segregation, dendrite arm space and inclusions in the thin slab, and mechanical properties of hot roiled coils at Tang Steel, have been investigated . Resuhs show that FTSC thin slabs have a feature with uniform fine grains. Central porosity and segregation of slabs were obviously improved with the application of dynamic soft reduction, Mechanical properties of coils are good enough to meet requirements.
