高效絮凝剂聚合氯化硫酸铁的制备工艺条件

摘    要:采用正交实验法 ,利用钛白副产物FeSO4 ·7H2 O为主要原料 ,在HCl H2 SO4 混酸的介质中 ,以KClO3做氧化剂 ,制备高效絮凝剂聚合氯化硫酸铁 (PFSC)。其工艺条件为 :FeSO4 ·7H2 O∶H2 SO4 ∶HCl∶KClO3=17∶1 6∶1 2∶1 2 ,6 0~ 70℃时常压反应 1h ,再保温熟化 1h。并将该产品与聚合硫酸铁 (PFS)用来处理某池塘废水 ,对比发现 ,PFSC的絮凝效果优于PFS。

Abstract:Using orthogonal method, and using FeSO_4·7H_2O and H_2SO_4 as raw material, technological condition of preparation of poly-ferric sulfate chloride with KClO_3 oxidation was obtained. The conditions are that molar ratio of FeSO_4·7H_2O, H_2SO_4, HCl and KClO_3 is 17∶1.6∶1.2∶1.2, the reaction temperature is 60~70?℃, the time is 1?h, and the keeping time is 1 h at 60~70?℃ under the ordiary pressure. The waste water in a pool was treated by poly-ferric sulfate chloride(PFSC) and PFS. The result shows that PFSC is more efficient than poly-ferric sulfate(PFS).
