基于Solidworks焊管轧辊三维参数化造型系统的开发

摘    要:讨论了焊管轧辊三维参数化造型系统的原理和关键技术。使用visual Basic6.0对Solidworks进行二次开发,采用基于形状特征技术的参数化绘图方法,实现了焊管轧辊孔型三雏参数化造型系统的开发。该系统能够完成轧辊孔型设计及轧辊零件参数化绘图。

Abstract:The theory and key technology of roll 3D parametric modeling system are discussed in this paper. This system uses VB6.0 for second development of SolidWorks. By means of feature-based parametric plotting, the 3D parametric modeling system for the welded pipe roll is implemented. The roll pore design and parametric plotting of the roll 3D modeling parts are finished through the study about this system.
