摘    要:介绍了硅铁和金属硅冶炼过程中热化学反应的特征及料层特征,重点探讨了炉内料层中滤附捕集技术,即通过对气态SiO(SiO2)的滤附、捕集技术的研究和开发,可以提高硅系合金的金属回收率。对节能减排具有重要意义。

Abstract:The characteristic of thermochemical reaction and material layer is introduced in the process of smelting the silicon and silicon metal. The discussion is focused on the technology of filter trapping in the furnace material layer, that is, through the technology of filter and trapping gaseous SiO (SiO2) is researched and developed, the metal recovery of silicon alloy can be improved. The technology has important significance for energy conservation and emissions reduction.
