有机硅改性环氧阻燃涂料的研制

摘    要:通过正交实验和单因素实验,以涂膜的耐燃时间为依据,确定了制备有机硅改性环氧阻燃涂料时,有机硅的最佳用量,适当的反应时间和反应温度,固化剂的最佳添加量,以及阻燃剂红磷和氢氧化铝的最佳添加量。对涂膜进行了红外光谱和热重分析,对比检测了未改性环氧涂料、有机硅改性环氧阻燃涂料的各方面性能。结果表明,有机硅改性环氧阻燃涂料的热稳定性能良好,涂膜具有较高的机械强度、良好的附着力和耐水、耐酸碱性能。

Abstract:By orthogonal experiment and the single factor experiment, organic silicone modified epoxy flame retardant coating was prepared. According to the retardant time of film, the optimum content of organic silicone and curing agent was determined as well as red phosphorus and Aluminum hydroxide, included suitable reaction time and reaction temperature. Infrared spectrum analysis and thermogravimetric analysis was tested for film, comparing various aspects of the performance with unmodified epoxy coating and organic silicone modified epoxy flame retardant coating. The result showed that organic silicone modified epoxy flame retardant coating had high thermal stability ,mechanical strength, adhesion force, water and acid-proof alkaline resistance.
