柴油机掺烧改质甲醇的研究

摘    要:对催化剂进行优选试验,选用Cu-Zn和Cu-Ni-K两种催化剂混合使用的方式。对两种催化剂的活性、选择性、耐高温性及抗氧化性进行了充分的试验。设计了适用的机载甲醇分解反应器。同时,在130单缸机上证实了柴油机掺烧改质甲醇的可行性。掺烧改质甲醇后,发动机的能耗率有较明显的降低。揭示了掺烧比对发动机能耗率、爆发压力、排温及着火落后期等的影响规律。认为,在低负荷时,甲醇掺饶比受发动机能耗率的限制;高负荷时,受发动机爆发压力的限制。并给出了不同工况点的最佳掺烧比。

Abstract:On the basis of experiments with various catalysts for methanol dissociation, both Cu-Zn and Cu-Ni-K were choosed and compo sitely used in a reactor. Their activity, selectivity, high temperature resistance and oxidation resistance were tested fully, and a useful on-board dissociation reactor was disigned. In a D130 single cylinder diesel engine, the fuel mixed with the dissociated methanol was used successfully and the energy consumption was decreased obviously. Effects of the methanol fraction on energy consumption, combustion pressure, exhaust gas temperature and ignition delay in the engine are analyzed. It may be considered that the fraction of dissolated methanol is restricted by the energy consumption at low load and combustion prussure at high load. Optimizative fractions of the dissolated methanol are suggested.
