Research on flexibility problem in urban planning

Through summarizing some problems existing in current urban planning of various levels,this article proposed the new thinking about flexibility of urban planning in these aspects such as working method,planning and management etc,and provided the new mentality and prossibility for our urban planning to adapt the market actively,and made the both harmonious and unified,which are the dynamic variability and multiplicity of urban development and the solemnity of urban planning.
