基于PLC控制的主变冷却器系统的改造

摘    要:提出了采用基于可编程控制器和固态继电器控制的新型主变冷却器系统的改造方案,并对改造后的交流电源回路、控制回路和箱体辅助回路的电气原理图进行了分析。结果表明:通过对原变压器冷却器的改造,消除了原系统中的设计不足和设计缺陷,实现了多种运行控制模式,保证了主变冷却器的安全运行。

Abstract:The transformation plan was raised for new type main transformer cooler system based on the control of programmable logic controller (PLC) and solid state relay, and analysis was made to the AC power circuit, control circuit and electrical schematic diagram of secondary circuit after transformation. The results show that via transformation of original main transformer cooler, the insufficient part of design and design defect are eliminated, which realizes multi-operation control modes and assures the safe operation of main transformer cooler.
