摘    要:介绍了西门子SIMATIC S7-300中的PROFIBUS-DP协议、通讯及网络组态,以及纳米数控中基于PROFIBUS-DP主/从站的建立方法和通讯原理.本文所述的方法和通讯原理在某基于先进控制平台840D的专用数控加工中心得到较好的验证,网络组态的使用提高了加工数据的实时通讯能力.

Abstract:PROFIBUS-DP, communication and network organization of SIMATIC S7-300 were introduced, including constructing method and communication principle of masters/slavers based on PROFIBUS-DP in the NANONC. It is verified in the special CNC machine center with the base of 840D. The network organization improved the real-time communication ability of machining.
