我国腈纶生产现状与发展

简述了我国腈纶工业的发展历程;分析了我国腈纶的生产和消费现状、消费结构以及差别化纤维的开发情况,并对我国腈纶的发展提出了建议。预测2012年我国腈纶产量将达1 000 kt,表观需求量将达1 400kt,消费结构中衣着用:产业用:装饰用比例将达64.6%:19.3%:16.1%。我国腈纶发展应加大原料配套建设,增大供给,加快产品更新换代,提高腈纶差别化率。

Current situation and development of China acrylic fiber production

The historical development of China acrylic fiber industry was briefly described.The production and consumption status and consumption structure of acrylic fiber and the development of differential fiber were analyzed in China.Some suggestions were put forward on China acrylic fiber development.China acrylic fiber output was estimated to be 1 000 kt in 2012,the apparent demand to be 1 400 kt,and the consumption ratio of apparel,industrial and decoration purpose to be 64.6% : 19.3% : 16.1%.The development of China acrylic fiber industry would rely on enhancing the supporting construction of raw material,increasing the supply,accelerating the product renewal and raising the differential rate of acrylic fiber.
