酞菁氧钛/氯丹蓝偶氮单层复合光导体的制备与光导性能

摘    要:本论文报道了酞菁氧钛 氯丹蓝偶氮单层复合光导体的制备方法 ,探讨了溶剂、光生材料与传输材料的配比等条件对光导性能的影响。光导性能测试结果表明 ,复合单层光导体比单一材料的单层光导体光导性能有明显提高 ,在可见光区和近红外区都表现出很高的光敏性 ,具有光导性能互补效应

Abstract:The preparation of single\|layer organic photoreceptors comprising of AZO and TiOPc pigments was investigated, the influences of fabrication condition such as organic solvents, recipe of photogeneration materials and insulator layer were discussed. The xerographic discharge experiments indicate that the composite photoreceptors show high photosensitivity both in the near\|infrared and visible spectral region, showing a substantial complementary effect.
