长沙排污工程大口径玻璃钢夹砂管顶管施工技术

摘    要:长沙圭塘河西岸截污干管工程设计为顶管,施工作业面移入地下。顶管施工的关键在于管道轴线、高程控制,机头前端开挖、机头进洞、顶进纠偏和注浆减阻等技术措施得到合理的运用。长沙圭塘河西岸截污干管工程各项指标均控制在设计和施工验收规范范围以内,取得了良好的社会效益和经济效益,该工程已于2009年年底投入运行,情况良好。

Abstract:The main sewage pipe project of the western bank sewerage of the Guitanghe River in Changsha City is designed to be installed using jacking technology,which means that the working face should be shifted underground.The crux of the pipe jacking technology in construction is to apply such technical measures in a proper way as control of pipe line axis and elevation,leading excavation,entering the tunnel and advancing of the driving machine,deviation correction of jacking and advancing as well as resistance reducing of grout injection.All the indexes of the main sewage pipe project of the western bank sewerage of the Guitanghe River in Changsha City meet both design and construction specifications for acceptance,achieving good social and economical benefits.The project has been under sound operation since the end of 2009.
