高韧性易自燃难冒特厚煤层综放开采技术研究

摘    要:灵武矿区二号煤层属高韧性易自燃难冒特厚煤层,通过对该特厚煤层物理力学特性和自然发火特点分析,采用顶煤深孔爆破弱化技术、综合防灭火技术在磁窑堡二矿高韧性、易自燃、难冒、特厚煤层条件下成功地进行了综采放顶煤开采,取得了预期效果。

Abstract:The No.2 seam in Lingwu Mining Area is an ultra thick seam with high tenacity, easy to be combusted and hard to be falling. After the analysis on the physical mechanism features and natural spontaneous combustion features of the ultra thick seam, the deep borehole blasting soften technology for the top coal and the comprehensive fire control technology have been successfully applied to the fully mechanized top coal caving mining in ultra thick seam with high tenactity, easy combusted and difficult falling in Ciyaobao No.2 Mine. The application of the technology has obtained predicted results.
