摘    要:为有效修复破损段较长的套损井,辽河油田在热采井胀管式套管补贴工具及工艺技术的基础上,研究成功了套管补贴对接工具及工艺技术,补贴长度从原来的单段(8m)扩大到目前的无限长度。该技术在冀东滩海油田G113—7井进行了现场应用。分两段补贴,补贴段总长13.94m,补贴后试压合格。详细介绍了套管补贴对接工具的结构、工艺原理及技术参数并详细叙述了G113—7井套管补贴对接情况。

Abstract:To practively recover wells in which long interval casings have been failed, some techniques of casing patching and butt jointing tools are developed on the basis of tools and techniques of expandable tubing casing patch used for thermal wells, and the patch length is increased from 8m to limitless length. The paper presented a successful case in a off-shore well G113-7 in which total patch length of two sections is 13. 94m, the patched casing is qualified by pressure test. The paper detailed not only the structures, principles, techniques and technological parameters of the novel tools but also operations of casing patching and butt jointing in G113-7 Well.
