一种高精度正弦波扫频信号发生器的设计与实现

作为一种新型外科手术器械，超声刀正在多个外科领域得到越来越多的应用。超声刀是一种功率超声波发生器，不同用途的超声刀工作于不同的频段，早期的超声刀都是针对某种人体组织设计的单频专用手术装置。提出了一种适用于多功能超声手术装置的正弦波扫频信号发生器。该信号发生器以单片机为控制核心，采用数字混频和自适应滤波技术，用高、低两个频率分别控制扫频信号的频带和分辨率的方案，解决了实现扫频电路中高频、窄带、高分辨率等指标的难题，为类似问题的解决提供了一种可选方案。该方案已成功用于“NTY300型多功能超声手术装置”项目，该项目获得国家科技进步三等奖。

The Design and Realization of the New Highly Accurate Frequency Sweeping Sine Wave Signal Generator

As a new kind of surgery instrument, ultrasonic knife is getting more and more applications in many surgery domains. Ultrasonic knife is a type of ultrasonic wave power generator. Ultrasonic knives for different applications work at different frequency bands. In the early time, ultrasonic knives were specially designed to work with single band for special tissues. In this paper, sine wave frequency sweep signal generator for multifunction ultrasonic instrument is presented. With a control core based on chip microprocessor, the generator employs digital mixing and self-adapting filtering techniques. By independent controls of frequency band and frequency distinguish ability with separate frequency signals, we solve the problems on the frequency sweep circuit with high frequency, narrow band, and high distinguishing ability. This scheme could be applied to similar application areas. It has been used to the project of NTY300 multifunction ultrasonic instrument successfully. And the project wins the third prize of the National Science and Technology Progress Award.
