摘    要:动过滤井下采油筛管是利用抽油泵工作时井底流体的动能使筛管的叶轮产生驱动力矩,通过传动装置带动辗辊转动,实现筛管的防砂和过滤。在工作条件下,作用于叶轮上的动力矩能否使得筛管转动是决定筛管设计成功如否的关键。基于计算流体动力学(CFD)软件,对筛管流场进行了分析计算,获得了工作条件下的叶轮轴的动力矩,验证了所设计的筛管结构是合理的。分析了影响流场的主要参数,结果表明,较多的叶片数、较大尺寸的入口直径以及较小的叶轮高度能产生较大的动力矩,这对于筛管的结构优化具有一定的意义。

Abstract:Dynamic filtering screen pipe is a device to filter oil and prevent sand. When an oil-well pump works, fluid kinetic energy on the well face can produce driving moment for screen pipe's blades. The moment is transferred by the transmission gear, and it makes rollers rotate. Thus the screen pipe prevents sand and filters oil. Whether the moment can drive the screen pipe to rotate or not is a key. The flow field of screen pipe is computed with the CFD software, and the dynamic torque of blades is obtained. The results show that the screen pipe structure is reasona-ble. The main parameters affecting the fluid field are analyzed. The results show that more blades, larger inlet diameter and smaller blade height can make the dynamic torque larger. The re-suits have significance in structure optimization.
