广西现代中式厨房家具设计原则的探讨

目前,中国厨房家具设计多以模仿西方国家设计为主,但是由于东西方的人体尺寸的差异以及饮食习惯的差异,存在许多问题。笔者以广西地区为例,通过实地考察、访谈调查等方式,探讨了影响广西现代中式厨房家具设计的影响因素。并且笔者针对具体案例进行厨房家具的设计,尝试设计出能很好的符合广西地区用户人体尺寸以及使用习惯的厨房家具,解决普遍反映的厨房家具问题,最后总结了厨房家具设计原则。

Discussion of Guangxi Modern Chinese Style Kitchen Furniture Design Principles

Nowadays, there are a number of problems in China kitchen furniture design due to the differences between the eastern body dimensions and western, as well as the dietary habits, while it is mostly imitating the design of the western countries. The author took Guangxi region as an example, discussing influencing factors of Guangxi modern Chinese style kitchen furniture, through on-the-spot investigation, interview investigation, etc. At the same time, the author designed kitchen furniture for a specific case, tring to formulate the kitchen furniture which is perfectly fitted users in Guangxi region, considering the factors both of the body size and habits, to solve the generally reflected problem in the kitchen furniture, and summarized the design principles finally.
