摘    要:生产阳离子染料可染PET的管道中某些部位容易形成结焦物造成堵塞,从而导致使用周期大大缩短正在引起业内关注。本文结合该PET生产工艺、化学反应机理以及结焦物元素分析(XRF)对结焦物进行了组成分析和形成原因的推测。

Abstract:The coke formed in the CDP melt pipe blocks the pipe, leading to the reduce of the service life has been giv- en more attention in the polyester industry. In this paper, the composition analysis and forming reasons of the coke were inferred combination with PET production technological process,some mechanisms of chemical reaction and XRF.
