汉姆斯特德田园城郊空间设计探析及思考

汉姆斯特德田园城郊位于英国伦敦西北部，20世纪初由第一座田园城市莱切沃斯的设计者雷蒙德·昂温爵士规划设计完成。通过对汉姆斯特德田园城郊的背景考察和实地调研，本文从总体布局、绿地系统、道路规划和建筑设计四个方面深人探析其空间设计的理念和方法，并进一步借与莱切沃斯田园城市的比较分析，思考霍华德田园城市理论的贡献与局限。

Analysis and Thinking on the Space Design of Hampstead Garden Suburb,London

Located on the northwest of London, in the early 20th Century Hampstead Garden Suburb was designed by Sir Raymond Unwin, who was also the designer of Letchworth, the first Garden City. Based on the background study and fieldwork of HGS, the article analyses the concept and technique of its space design through aspects of master plan, the green system, streets and architecture. Further more by comparing with Letchworth Garden City, the author thinks the contributions and limitations of Ebenezer Howard＇s Garden City theory.
