Economically efficient system of combining an atmospheric-vacuum pipe still unit and an electrolytic desalting and dehydrating plant

Summary The construction of desalting and dehydrating units on the site of existing atmospheric-vacuum pipe stills is technically possible and economically advantageous. The technical plans for equipping an A12/IM unit have been worked out by the design teams of the Novo-Gor'kii refinery.
