微电解-Fenton法对杨木PRC-APMP制浆废液的脱色研究

摘    要:利用微电解Fenton法处理杨木PRc—APMP制浆造纸废水,采用单因素试验方法确定各个因素对废水处理效果的影响。采用正交试验设计方法,对微电解-Fenton法处理造纸废水的适应条件进行优化研究,得到最佳反应条件为:pH值为5、铁炭比为1:2(铁屑用量10g/L、粉煤灰用量20g/L)、H2O2用量10mmol/L、反应时间为60min,此时脱色率为80.2%。

Abstract:Micro-electrolysis-Fenton method was used to treat poplar PRC-APMP pulping wastewater. The influence of the important factors on the treating effect was studied by single factor test. The optimized conditions of microelectrolysis-Fenton method to treat wastewater were investigated by orthogonal test. The result shows that the optimum condition are pH 3,iron-carbon ratio 1:2 (scrap iron dosage 10g/L,fly ash dosage 20g/L),H2O2 dosage 10mmol/L,reaction time 60 minutes. The decoloring rate can reach to 80.2%.
