| Abstract: | Through the analysis on a blackout accident that occurred in a petrochemical enterprise,this paper proposes the anti-accident measures and indicates that it is significant for the safety and reliability of electric power supply and utilization of high-risk power consumers to strengthen the management capability of power consumers for electrical equipment operation and enhance the communication and cooperation between power suppliers and consumers. |
