| 摘 要： | 把热喷涂技术应用在造纸盘磨机磨片的制造过程中,采用超音速喷涂工艺将钴-碳化钨粉末材料均匀、牢固地喷涂于磨片表面,以此来提高盘磨机磨片表面的硬度和耐磨性,提高磨片的使用寿命,研制出一种新型的性价比高的磨片。

| Abstract: | The high velocity oxy-fuel spraying (HVOF) technology was used in the manufacturing process of disc refiner plate for paper process.WC-Co powder was coated uniformly and firmly to the surface of the disc plate with new technology of HVOF spray,which can effectively improve the surface hardness,wear resistance and extend the service life of the disc plate,so a new type of cost-effective coated disc plate is developed. |
