碱炉溜槽水夹套中冷却水的循环利用

摘    要:介绍了碱回收炉溜槽水夹套处回收热能的结构,以及某制浆厂在溜槽处采用循环软化冷却水的实例。通过对该厂溜槽水夹套处的能量平衡计算,得出采用此措施所带来的经济效益,并对社会效益进行了分析。该措施可以提高工厂的能源自给率。

Abstract:The structure of reclaiming device for heat energy in the spout of alkali recovery boilers and the example of using the cooling water in the spout in a pulp mill were introduced.Through the calculation for energy balance in a recovery boiler's spout,the economic benefit and social benefit for this measure was obtained.This method could raise the energy self reliance rate for the pulp mills.
