通过调查问卷及访谈的形式,走访义乌百余家无缝服装生产企业.运用SPSS统计分析软件对收集的数据进行分析,分别从外部环境、新产品开发流程、新产品品质、销售策略等方面总结无缝服装新产品开发存在的问题,并对其发展作了相应的探讨.从健全供应链、规划产业、构建公共服务平台三个方面完善外部环境;提高产品开发效益可从构筑合理的组织结构、加强信息化程度、提高研发人员素质3个方面入手;通过采用先进原材料、创新后整理技术来提高无缝服装产品附加值;营销策略方面宜采取恰当的定位、定价策略.
