丙烯酸树脂纸张防水剂的制备及在表面施胶中的应用

以丙烯酸丁脂、丙烯酸异辛脂、苯乙烯等为主要单体制备的纸张防水剂，与聚乙烯醇、阳离子淀粉复配制备表面施胶液进行了表面施胶试验，并用渗透法和接触角法对纸张的防水性能进行测试，最后对纸张进行SEM电镜分析。结果表明：防水剂用量为0．8％，聚乙烯醇用量为2．0％，阳离子淀粉用量为1．5％复配制备的表面施胶液处理纸张后，显示出优异的疏水性能，同时纸张耐破指数、拉伸强度、撕裂度和耐折度等物理性能分别提高了78．2％、100．9％、50．0％和860％，但透气度降低了44．7％。

Preparation of acrylic resin and its application as a waterproof agent in paper surface sizing
