摘    要:以厌氧活性污泥为接种体构建铁氰化钾阴极微生物燃料电池(Microbial fuel cell,MFC),对木素磺酸盐的降解及产电效果进行了研究。结果表明:经过3个周期连续添加葡萄糖后MFC成功启动,并产生了446mV的电压。以木素磺酸盐为单一底物的MFC经过50h运行,最大功率密度达到177.9mW/m^2,阳极液CODCr和木素磺酸盐去除率分别为;35.5%和46.7%。MFC可以降解木素磺酸盐并同步产电,这为解决造纸废水中生物质能的开发和利用提供了新途径。

Abstract:A ferricyanide-cathode microbial fuel cell(MFC),by using anaerobic activated sludge as inoculums,was carried out to investigate the lignosulphonate biodegradation and electricity generation.The results show that after 3 cycles' addition of glucose,MFC can successfully start up and generate a voltage of 446 mV.During an operation of 50h by using lignosulphonate as sole fuel,the maximal power density of 177.9mW/m2 was obtained,the removal rate of CODCr and lignosulphonate in the anode were reached 35.5% and 4...
