| 摘 要： | 介绍了太钢1549mm热带轧机工艺润滑技术特点。采用该技术轧制碳素钢、无取向硅钢和不锈钢时,精轧机组轧制压力和轧机功率降低,工作辊表面磨损程度减轻,热轧钢带表面质量改善,轧制单位延长。

| Abstract: | The characteristics of process lubrication technology for 1 549 mm hot continuous mill were presented at TISCO. When this technology was applied during the rolling of carbon steel,non-oriented silicon steel and stainless steel,rolling force and power of finishing train were decreased,wear of work roll were weakened,surface of hot rolled strip was improved and rolling unit was lengthened. |
