纤维素酶在棉织物抛光工艺中的应用

摘    要:探讨应用纤维素酶对棉织物进行抛光整理的工艺.分析了影响纤维素酶抛光效果的各种因素,进行了酶用量、温度、pH值、处理时间等对织物减量率、强力下降率的影响试验.结果表明:棉织物经纤维素酶抛光后其手感、悬垂性等均得到了不同程度的改善,提高了棉织物的服用性能,纤维素酶对棉织物进行抛光整理是可行的.

Abstract:The processing of using cellulose to polish and finish cotton fabric was discussed. Each factor that produces effects on cellulose polishing were analysed. The tests which effect fabric deweighting rate and decline rae of strength were carried out, such as quantity of enzyme, temperature, pH value, processing time, et al. The result shows that the handle and drape of cotton fabric which was polished by cellulose were improved in different degree. Weaving characteristics of cotton fabric were improved and cellulose polishing and finishing cotton fabric is feasible.
