| 摘 要： | 随着社会经济及教育的发展和进步,我国高等教育已基本达到了国际公认的大众化标准.在高等教育实现大众化的背景下,如何保证和提高教育质量越来越受到人们的普遍关注.分析了高等教育大众化进程中所带来的教育质量问题,并提出一些相应的对策:树立可持续发展的高等教育质量现,加强师资队伍建设,架构高等教育质量保障体系.

| Abstract: | With the development of the economy and education, Chinese higher education has been basically achieved the standard of mass education. In the present background of mass higher education, how to improve the quality of higher education is very important problem. The essay tries to analyses the main factors which cause the problems of the education quality and tries to put forward some suggestions in the education quality guarantee: establishing education ideas of sustainable development guaranteeing; establishing the continuable system of higher education, promoting the construction of the teaching staff, building the quality guarantee system of higher education. |
