生物质与煤共燃研究

摘    要:简要介绍生物质与煤共燃的意义及其应用前景。在此基础上,深入分析二者共燃的生物质预处理、燃烧特性、污染物排放及共燃灰污、结渣和腐蚀性、共燃方式及共燃经济性。同时还对所面临的问题如:生物质体密度、能量密度低,高碱金属含量带来的低灰熔点,高氯含量可能带来的腐蚀,提出了一些解决办法。最后对二者共燃的实验研究进行了较深入地分析。

Abstract:Based on the significance and prospect of co-firing of biomass and coal, their biomass preprocessing, combustion characteristics, contamination emission, and its properties of slagging, fouling and abrasiveness are analyzed. It also discusses co-firing modes and co-firing economic evaluation. Further more, it proposes some solutions to such problems in co-firing of biomass and coal as low bulk density and low energy density of biomass, low melting points of the ash due to high contents of alkali oxides and salts in biomass and the corrosion sometimes brought by chloride. Finally, it analyzes the laboratorial results of co-firing of biomass and coal in detail.
