摘    要:我国南方湿热地区由于湿气候的影响,在潮霉季节常产生地面结露的现象,在分析湿热地区地面泛潮成因以及实际试验测定数据资料的基础上,研究了南方建筑传统的防潮手段,提出了湿热地区室内防潮的可行性措施。尤其是详细探索其构造设计方法,包括利用面层材料的吸湿作用、底层地面采用架空作法、设置防潮层和组织间歇性通风等。

Abstract:By analysing the causes for wet floors and studying the traditional measures used to improve the building's moisture resistance in the hot and humid southern part of China, some feasible measures, detailed structural designs in particular, including use of surface material's moisture absorbability, basement ground clearance, provision of moistureproof layer, and ventilation at intervals are suggested for improvement of mois- ture resistance inside buildings.
