| 摘 要： | 证实雨生红球藻在培养过程中体内所含的类胡萝卜素含量与虾青素含量是呈稳定的线性关系,使用相比虾青素测定方法简便的叶绿素测定方法,可快速测定出类胡萝卜素的含量,再根据研究所得的类胡萝卜素和虾青素的线性方程,可快速推算出雨生红球藻体内虾青素的含量。

| Abstract: | This study confirmed that a stable linear relationship lies in the carotenoid pigment content and astaxanthin content in Haematococcus pluvialis during cultivation.Method of determintion of carotenoid in Haematococcus Pluvialis was more simple and rapid than method of determination of astaxanthin in Haematococcus Pluvialis.Astaxanthin contentin Haematococcus pluvialis could be calculated according to the linear relationship. |
