摘    要:针对在电站安装及电厂检修中常遇到的T91与12Cr1MoV异种钢接头的焊接问题,提出了采用低匹配原则的全钨极氩弧焊的焊接工艺.实践证明,采用这种工艺进行焊接,可以获得优良的焊缝,能够保证设备的安全运行.

Abstract:According to the welding problems of T91 and 12Cr1 MoV dissimilar steel in power station erection and examination, welding process was proposed by using low matched argon tungsten-arc welding process. The practice demonstrated that fine weld can be obtained when adopting the process, which can ensure the equipment running safely.
